Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have safe access to your yard, you do not need to be home. Just make sure the gate is unlocked and dogs are inside during the service window.
Do my dogs need to be inside?
Yes. For safety, dogs should be inside during service. If a dog is loose in the yard, service may be skipped and rescheduled.
What happens if my gate is locked?
If we cannot access the yard, we will let you know. A missed visit due to locked gates, blocked access, or unsafe conditions may still be billable.
What do you do with the waste?
Waste is bagged and placed in your outside trash bin unless another arrangement is made. We will confirm your preference before starting service.
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes. One-time cleanups start at $89 and are priced based on yard size, number of dogs, and current yard condition. Heavy or spring cleanups may require a custom quote.
What if it rains or snows?
Light weather usually is not a problem. Severe weather, unsafe ice, heavy snow, or poor visibility may delay service. If that happens, we will communicate any schedule changes.
Do you offer yard deodorizer?
Yes. Yard deodorizer can be added to any visit for $12. It is designed to help reduce odor in high-traffic dog areas after cleanup.
